We’re looking for reliable and energetic people to join our team at some of the best festivals in the UK! If you thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments and take pride in delivering brilliant guest experiences, check out the roles available below:
Available Roles
Front of House Assistants
Welcome guests, manage bookings, handle admin tasks, and ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience. This role also involves cleaning duties, maintaining our high health & safety standards, and assisting with closedowns.
Back of House Assistants
Overseeing sauna and hot tub operations, refreshing tubs between sessions, and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and health and safety, through hands-on, manual tasks.
Managers (Operations, Front of House & Back of House)
Managers will be required to commit to the full summer, take on higher-level responsibilities, and lead the team to ensure smooth, efficient operations across each event. These roles are ideal for those with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments, who are organised, adaptable and confident decision-makers - or for individuals looking to build a career in events management or the festival industry.
Additional roles at select events only:
On-Site Social Media – Capture content, post live updates, and engage with our online community.
On-Site Chef – At our larger events, we’re looking for someone to prepare three meals per day for our crew, keeping energy levels high and the team well-fed throughout the weekend.
Sauna Masters – We work with a handful of Sauna masters to provide scheduled rituals at specific festivals.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a team that is reliable, hardworking, and committed - people who love the festival atmosphere but also bring professionalism, positive energy, and a strong work ethic.
Availability: We have a packed schedule from June – September 2026 and are looking for team members who can commit to multiple festivals or, ideally, the whole Summer.
Requirements
Must be comfortable with the festival lifestyle: camping, working long days, and embracing all the adventure (and unpredictable weather!) that comes with it.
Must be a team player with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
