This is a customer-focused role at the heart of our community - welcoming guests, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere, and helping people get the most from their sauna experience.

It’s also a very hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for lighting and maintaining fires, keeping the space clean and running smoothly, and carrying out regular physical tasks throughout your shift.

This role requires regular weekend availability, early morning starts, and a commitment to working throughout the busy summer period.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Reliable and proactive
• Happy working outdoors in all weather
• Physically active and comfortable with manual tasks
• Available to work weekends, early mornings, and over the summer

Having your own transport is preferred but not essential.
